We had the man's party at Imagine Nation in Bristol, CT. Fun time...aside from the fire alarm which kicked us all out in the cold for ~15 minutes.
Since it is in Bristol (Home of ESPN) they have a complete Sportscenter set where kids can get on camera and read highlights. Eoin just enjoyed running through the clear carwash-type doors (he may not be cut out for an on air personality yet...)
They also have this cool bubble thing. Not possible to explain it so check out Annie and Dede in the bubble!

We enter a whole new world at the Noonan house with 2 mobile children (plus a dog and Brian). It only took Eoin about 30 seconds to pry those engines from Devyn's hands too...

Noonan's Meet the Kimmel's
Annie and I took the kids up to Boston to see Uncle Jeff and Aunt Kristen. We hit up the Aquarium which was an awesome time. Eoin did NOT want to leave the penguin's!
Mommy and Devyn also really enjoyed the penguins.
We did eventually pry him away. I'm not sure who was more impressed by the shark and turtle in the center tank...Eoin or Jeffrey. While it was alittle brisk we checked out the Fur Seals outside too.

THOMAS!
So we took Eoin, Devyn, and our nephew Bryan Patrick to see Thomas the Train today. This could have gone two ways...either Eoin would LOVE it and have a blast or he would be terrified and we would have to drag him kicking and screaming onto the train. Guess which we got?

Fall is HERE!
We had a great weekend here in the Noonan house. Grandma and Meme (my Aunt Debbie) came down on Friday to watch the little ones while Annie and I went to dinner up at the lake. We dominate the raffle (an Italian theme basket, a photo printer, and a hand made sofa table.)
Saturday we went to Karabin farms and took Eoin and Devyn on a hayride, picked out pumpkins in a pumpkin patch, and enjoyed some apples, apple cider, and strawberry rhubarb pie (thanks Aunt Deb!)

We cleaned out the bouncey seat for Devyn...and Eoin hijacked it:

Me with Devyn...and some famous people
So the first shot below is of our little girl Devyn (or Dede as Eoin calls her.) At her 4 month Dr.'s appointment she was in the 45% for weight but the 75% for height...we grow them TALL in this family. Check out those big baby blues (unless you are a boy...then don't even think about looking at my daughter.)
A few weekends ago Annie and I got to spend a night at Mohegan Sun for the Jim Calhoun Celebrity Gala to raise money for the cardiac group at the Uconn Medical center. It was pretty cool as there were lots of famous sports celebrities...and some punk Uconn players. Here's a phot of me and some guys from work with Jim and Travis Knight...he's the taller one...

All I want for Christmas...
So if you haven't heard...Eoin knocked out his two front teeth about a month ago. For you Burnt Hills faithful he showed "true grit" diving for a toy in the living room...and leaving half of both his front teeth in the laminate floor. The dents are still there...
He had to have the other half pulled at the children's hospital. He didn't enjoy that but the Novocaine had a calming effect on him (see the second picture below). Kids are amazing through...he is none the worse for wear...and talking up a storm! Hopefully some good videos to follow shortly.

Memorial Day Extravaganza etc...
So hopefully you all got BOTH of your announcements of Devyn's arrival...We used this awesome service to make these cool personalized cards and they sent two to everyone. Here are some candids from the photo shoot for the card...

New Devyn pics...
Devyn has had her first bath...and become the first Noonan child to poop in the tub. Gotta love the new Ducky thing to prevent embarrassing - "oooh, look at you naked in the tub" pictures flashbacks when you're a teenager.
To stick with the pooping theme Devyn has completely pooped through this outfit which "makes me smile" every time I put it on her.
Here she is pushing away the paparazzi (Daddy)
To hopefully mitigate any sibling issues (and because this is "Adventures of the Noonans" blog not "Adventures of Devyn" blog here is a quick shot of Eoin and Daddy hard at work designing a new gate for the stairs.

Sorry for the long delay for a second Devyn update. It's alot harder to find time when TWO kids are sleeping and you are not so tired you're hallucinating.
Devyn is doing great, back up to her birth weight at her last Dr's appointment (and still growing.) Eoin is doing great with his little sister giving her good night hugs. We though everything was going great until we found Eoin double fisting the sauce (or milk)...

So far so good!
The first week with our newest addition went great. Annie and I have spent our fair share of time awake between 1 am to 6 am (a time I have only otherwise seen during college and when Eoin was born...thank God for DVR.) Last night Devyn slept from 2 am to 7 am (with 2 feedings in there) so hopefully that is signs of things to come.
We've had alot of visitors who we cant thank enough for their generosity of food, gifts...and more food! Here are some pics of what we've been up to:
